1. Initial Consultation
We will organise an initial consultation to discuss your project and go through the plans. We will also make a site visit to familiarise with the location.
2. Project Pricing
We will send your plans out to material suppliers and sub contractors to then put together a price for your project.
3. Commence Project
Once a start date has been agreed on.
4. During Construction
We will organise the council inspections, sub contractors, and materials needed. Design and Build hold regular site meetings to keep you informed at every stage of the project.
5. After Construction
We will complete the project ready for council sign off. We will also complete maintenence if needed for three months after completion.
