We are members of both the 'master builders assossiation" and "licenced builders practitioners". To become a member of these assossiations we first have to prove we produce high quality work and then continue regular training courses to upskill in all areas of the building industry.

At Design and Build NZ we take pride in delivering the highest quality workmanship in a proffessional and friendly manner. After 20 years building in the Auckland area, we have refined our subcontractors to a team that is reliable and honest. All are registered and highly trained tradesman.

We only use quality and BRANZ approved building materials, and also attend regular material seminars to keep updated with materials and the latest installation requirements.
